When the CIA watched the South Pacific – Bernard Prevost

Although the United States don’t seem to have any interest in the South Pacific region, CIA’s files during the Cold war show the contrary. The soviet expansion’s fear is omnipresent: suspected to work in favor of the USSR, independent movements and antinuclear demonstrations in the region were under constant CIA surveillance.
